From Runner's World: After building a lead over the first few events, Hyleas Fountain is just barely hanging onto 2nd place now. Her situation looked dire most of the way through the javelin throw until she improved her best by over 10 meters on her third and final throw. Ukraine's Dobrynska is looking strong headed into the 7th and final event, the 800m, but there will be a good race for the other two medals.
